baazir is a marketplace that allows users to post, browse, and respond to listings. By accessing or using our platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you will use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for any content you post and any transactions you enter into with other users.

You may not post listings or content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. Prohibited items include stolen goods, counterfeit products, weapons, controlled substances, and any content that violates applicable law or Islamic ethical standards. baazir reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules.

baazir provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or user-generated content. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and accept no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, baazir and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and notify registered users by email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use of baazir after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
